RITES Limited has released the RITES Engineering Professionals Recruitment 2026 notification for 33 regular Engineering Professional posts, including Deputy General Manager (DGM), Manager and Assistant Manager positions.
Eligible engineering professionals can apply online through the RITES career portal from 15 September 2026 to 8 October 2026. The recruitment is being conducted in two clusters, with Cluster-I having a written test and interview, while Cluster-II DGM posts are selected through interview only.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess the required full-time engineering degree and/or master’s degree in the relevant discipline as prescribed for the post.
Experience
- DGM: Minimum 11 years post-qualification experience, including specific relevant experience.
- Manager: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience, including specific relevant experience.
- Assistant Manager: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience, including post-specific relevant experience.

Salary
Selected candidates will receive the following pay scales:
- DGM: ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000
- Manager: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000
- Assistant Manager: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000

Cluster-I – Manager & Assistant Manager:

Cluster-II – DGM:

The Cluster-I written examination consists of 125 objective questions, while DGM posts do not have a written test.
