Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Executive Trainee – Electrical:
Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engineering)/IDD in Electrical Engineering or specified related disciplines with minimum 65% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Executive Trainee – Computer Science:
Full-time engineering qualification in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology with minimum 65% marks or equivalent CGPA.
SC/ST/PwBD candidates applying against reserved posts are eligible for the applicable relaxation in qualifying marks.
GATE 2027 Requirement
Candidates must qualify in the relevant GATE 2027 paper:
- Electrical Engineering – GATE EE
- Computer Science & Information Technology – GATE CS
Only GATE 2027 scores will be considered. GATE 2026 or earlier scores are not valid.
Age Limit
The upper age limit is 28 years as on 31 July 2027. Age relaxation is applicable to eligible SC/ST, OBC-NCL, PwBD and other categories as per Government of India rules.
Salary
Selected candidates will undergo one year of On-The-Job Training at E2 level with a pay scale of ₹50,000–₹1,60,000 IDA. After successful completion of training, candidates will be regularized at E2 level, subject to the applicable conditions.
Additional benefits may include HRA/company accommodation, medical facilities, insurance, PF, gratuity, pension, leave encashment and other applicable allowances.

- Group Discussion – 3%
- Personal Interview – 12%
Candidates shortlisted through GATE 2027 will be called for GD and Personal Interview. A pre-employment medical examination is also applicable.
