Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
The qualification varies according to the post:
- Superintendent: First Class Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with prescribed marks + computer knowledge.
- Technical Assistant: Relevant B.E./B.Tech/MCA, Diploma, B.Sc. or M.Sc. qualification as prescribed.
- Technician SG-II: 12th Science/ITI/Diploma in the relevant field, depending on the prescribed route.
- Technician: 12th Science/ITI/Diploma in the relevant field.
- Junior Assistant: 12th Pass + 35 WPM typing speed and computer proficiency.
Age Limit
The applicable age depends on the post and appointment mode. Direct recruitment posts generally have an upper age limit of 27–30 years, while deputation appointments have an upper age limit of 56 years.
Age relaxation will be applicable according to Government of India rules.
