Eligibility Criteria
Young Professional
Candidates should have a relevant full-time postgraduate or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. Disciplines include Accounts, HR & Administration, Khadi, Legal, Marketing, Design & Drawing, Science & Technology and Publicity.
The maximum age is below 27 years as on 1 October 2026.
Advisor
Advisor posts are meant for retired or voluntarily retired Government Department/PSU personnel. Candidates must generally have at least 15 years of relevant experience in the concerned specialization.
The age limit is 40 to 65 years as on the last date of application.
Senior Consultant
Candidates should possess the prescribed postgraduate/management/professional qualification along with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
The maximum age is below 39 years as on the last date of application.
Experience Requirement
Experience is an important eligibility condition for this recruitment. Internship or training experience will not be counted as regular work experience. Candidates should carefully check the specialization-wise experience requirements before applying.
Salary / Remuneration
- Young Professional: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month + ₹2,500–₹3,000 conveyance allowance.
- Senior Consultant: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month + ₹2,500–₹3,000 conveyance allowance.
- Advisor: Remuneration will be calculated according to applicable DoPT guidelines.
The initial contract is for one year, which may be extended for up to two additional years based on performance and KVIC requirements. The contractual engagement does not provide a right to permanent appointment.
