Eligibility Criteria
- Retired from a Public Sector Bank’s service on attaining superannuation at the age of 60 years in a cadre of Scale IV & above.
- Experience of working in different areas of Banking, Human Resources or Industrial Relations, OR experience of handling departmental inquiries as Inquiring Authority / Presenting Officer / Disciplinary Authority.
Age Limit
Maximum age: 63 years as on the date of publication of the notification for empanelment. Age relaxation is not specified in the notification.
Salary / Remuneration
A lump-sum remuneration is paid based on the scale of the charge-sheeted officer and the time taken to complete the inquiry — ranging from around ₹30,000 to ₹70,000 per case, with an additional 10% of the eligible lump-sum for clerical/stenographic work.
