Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: A minimum of 55% marks at the Master’s degree level (50% for reserved categories), along with NET qualification or a Ph.D. as per UGC norms, or exemption from NET where applicable.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 43 years as on 01 August 2026, with age relaxation applicable to reserved category candidates as per Bihar Government norms.
Salary
Selected candidates will be appointed on a contractual basis and will receive a salary equivalent to the minimum monthly gross salary of a newly appointed Assistant Professor in Academic Level-10, as per the Bihar Government’s applicable pay structure.
Selection Process
Selection is based on academic qualifications (88 marks) and an interview-cum-teaching demonstration (12 marks).
