Salary & Benefits
Starting basic pay is ₹48,480 (with 4 advance increments) in the JMGS-I scale, with an approximate CTC of around ₹21.97 lakh per annum at the Mumbai centre. Perks include DA, HRA / lease housing, CCA, PF, NPS, medical benefits, and LFC. A service bond of ₹2 lakh (minimum 3 years) applies, with a 2-year probation.
Exam Pattern
- Phase I – Prelims (100 marks): English (30 Q), Quantitative Aptitude (35 Q), Reasoning (35 Q); 1 hour; -0.25 negative marking.
- Phase II – Mains (230 marks): Objective test (200 marks, 3 hours) covering Reasoning & Computer, Data Analysis, General/Economy/Banking Awareness, English; plus a Descriptive test (30 marks) with email and situation-analysis writing.
- Phase III: Psychometric test, Group Exercises and Interview. Final selection: 75% Mains + 25% Phase III.
