State Bank of India (SBI) has released the SBI SCO Recruitment 2026 notification under Advertisement No. CRPD/SCO/2026-27/23 for 207 Specialist Cadre Officer (SCO) posts in its Wealth Management vertical.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have the prescribed educational qualification for the respective post:

  • Zonal Head / Regional Head / RM–Team Lead: Graduate degree; MBA/CFP/CFA/NISM qualifications preferred.
  • Investment Specialist / Investment Officer: Relevant PG qualification in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Banking, Insurance, etc., or CA/CFA.
  • VP Wealth / AVP Wealth: Graduate degree; relevant MBA/PG and professional certifications may be preferred.

Experience – Important

Post-qualification experience is mandatory for every post.

  • Zonal Head: Minimum 15 years
  • Regional Head: Minimum 12+ years
  • RM–Team Lead: Minimum 8 years
  • Investment Specialist: Minimum 6 years
  • Investment Officer: Minimum 4 years
  • VP Wealth: Minimum 6 years
  • AVP Wealth: Minimum 3 years

Experience should be in relevant areas such as wealth management, relationship management, sales & marketing, investment advisory or banking/financial services, as prescribed for the post.

Age Limit

The age limit is 23 to 50 years, depending on the post. The prescribed age is calculated as on 31 August 2026, with applicable relaxation for reserved categories as per Government guidelines.

The annual CTC is negotiable based on experience, current compensation and posting location.
