Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL), a Government of India Undertaking, has released the RCFL Assistant Officer Recruitment 2026 notification for 10 Assistant Officer (Secretarial), EO Grade posts.
Eligible Indian citizens with the prescribed educational qualification and relevant secretarial experience can apply online from 10 September 2026 to 26 September 2026. Selection will be based on an Online Test followed by a qualifying Skill Test.
Experience Is Mandatory
Candidates must have at least 4 years of relevant post-qualification work experience after Graduation in Secretarial Assistant, Secretary or similar roles as on 01 July 2026.
Training, apprenticeship and internship experience will not be counted. Candidates must also upload a comprehensive experience summary on the organisation’s official letterhead.

RCFL Assistant Officer Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must fulfil one of the prescribed qualification routes:
- Route A: 3-year regular full-time Graduation + 2-year regular full-time Post Graduation + 1-year Government-recognised Diploma in Executive Assistant/Executive Personal Assistant/Office Management & Secretarial Practice or equivalent.
- Route B: Relevant 3-year Bachelor’s degree in Office Management/Office Administration/Secretarial Practices or equivalent + regular full-time Post Graduation.
Candidates generally require 55% marks in the final year of Graduation, with the prescribed relaxation for SC candidates.
Work Experience
Minimum 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience after Graduation is mandatory.
Experience must be in Secretarial Assistant, Secretary or similar roles. Apprenticeship, training and internship periods will not be counted.
Candidates in the final year of Graduation/Post-Graduation are not eligible.
Age Limit
The upper age limit for UR/EWS candidates is 32 years as on 01 July 2026. Age relaxation is available to eligible SC, OBC-NCL, PwBD, departmental and other candidates as per the official notification.
RCFL Assistant Officer Salary
Selected candidates will be appointed in EO Grade with a pay scale of ₹30,000–₹1,20,000.
The approximate minimum gross salary is ₹65,000 per month, along with applicable company benefits such as medical facilities, accommodation subject to availability, PRP, gratuity, provident fund, insurance and other benefits.
