Salary & Benefits
Pay ranges from Level 2 (₹19,900 – ₹63,200) for Junior Assistant up to Level 11 (₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700) for Deputy Director (Medical), under the 7th Pay Commission, with DA, HRA, medical, travel allowance, pension, and group insurance.
Selection Process & Exam Pattern
For Junior Accountant, Stenographer, and Junior Assistant, selection is in two stages with no interview:
- Stage I – CBT: 200 MCQs, 200 marks, 3 hours, bilingual, 0.25 negative marking. Sections: Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, English (50 marks each).
- Stage II – Skill / Computer Test: 100 marks, 75 minutes. Top 5 candidates per vacancy shortlisted from Stage I. Qualifying marks: 40% (reserved) / 50% (others).
- Final Merit: Combined Stage I + Stage II marks.
