Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should fulfill the following basic requirements:
- Age should generally be between 18 and 40 years as prescribed.
- Eligible MP domicile reserved categories may receive applicable age relaxation.
- Candidates must possess the required Diploma/Degree/ITI or other technical qualification according to the selected post code.
- A live registration with the Madhya Pradesh Employment Office (Rojgar Karyalaya) is required.

- Candidates from outside Madhya Pradesh can apply against eligible open vacancies but may not receive MP reservation benefits.
MPESB Group 3 Selection Process
Selection is based on a single Computer-Based Test (CBT) of 200 marks.
- Section A – General Knowledge, Hindi, English, Mathematics, Reasoning, Science and Computer – 100 Marks
- Section B – Post-specific Technical Subject – 100 Marks
- Negative Marking – 0.25 mark for each wrong answer
