Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Head Constable (GD):
- 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised Board/University.
Constable (GD):
- Matriculation/10th Pass or equivalent from a recognised Board.
Sports Qualification – Important
Candidates must meet the prescribed sports achievement criteria for the respective post.
Eligible achievements include specified participation, medals or positions in recognised International Competitions, National Games/Championships, Inter-University competitions, Khelo India events, Junior National competitions and other specified sporting events.
The sports achievement must fall within the prescribed period of 30 September 2024 to 30 September 2026.
SPORTS CERTIFICATE IS MANDATORY: Candidates who do not possess the required sports and educational certificates by the closing date should not apply.
Age Limit
The basic age limit is 18 to 23 years as on 1 August 2026, subject to applicable age relaxation for eligible categories.
