Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have the prescribed subject-wise graduation qualification along with any applicable teacher-training qualification such as D.El.Ed., B.Ed., B.El.Ed./B.A.B.Ed./B.Sc.B.Ed. or B.Ed. Special Education.
Candidates must also have qualified the prescribed Teacher Eligibility Test (TET).
The age limit is 21 to 35 years as on 1 January 2026. Applicable relaxation is available as per Chhattisgarh Government rules.
Selection Process
Selection will be based mainly on the LST26 written examination conducted by CGSSB. The exam contains 100 objective questions, with 1/4 negative marking for an incorrect answer.
