Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate with Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). An LL.B. degree is desirable. Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification (ACS) experience as a Company Secretary in a Public Limited Company with an annual turnover of ₹300 Crore or above, OR in a State/Central PSU with an annual turnover of ₹100 Crore or above, with sound knowledge of the Companies Act 1956 & 2013, SEBI/ROC compliances, corporate governance and secretarial/legal matters. Age Limit: 40 years (with 5 years’ relaxation for reserved candidates) as on 24 June 2026.
Pay Scale & Probation
The selected candidate will be placed in the pay scale of ₹72,000 – ₹1,19,400 with other benefits available to regular employees, and posted at the Corporate Office, Rajkot. The appointment is initially on probation for 6 months, extendable based on performance.
