Haryana HSSC Group D CET 2026 – Online Form for Group D Posts

The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has released the official notification (Advt. No. 05/2026) for the CET (Common Eligibility Test) for Group D posts. Candidates who have passed 10th standard can register online from 19 June 2026 to 3 July 2026. Clearing this CET is mandatory to be eligible for future Group D recruitment in Haryana. Application Fee

  • General / OBC: ₹500 to ₹1,000 (depending on Aadhaar / PPP integration)
  • EWS: ₹250 to ₹500
  • SC / ST: ₹250 to ₹500 (candidates already registered under Advt 1/2025 pay no fee)

Fee can be paid online through debit card, credit card, or net banking.

Age Limit

Minimum 18 years and maximum 42 years. Upper-age relaxation for Haryana residents: SC / BCA / BCB – 5 years; unmarried, widowed or divorced women – 5 years; PwBD – up to 10 years (max cap 52 years).

Salary & Benefits

Group D employees are placed in ₹16,900 – ₹53,500 (Pay Matrix Level DL) with an initial basic pay of ₹16,900, plus DA, HRA, medical and travel allowances. It is a permanent state government post with promotion opportunities to Group C cadres.

Exam Pattern

  • Mode: Offline OMR-based written exam
  • Questions: 100 MCQs | Marks: 100 | Duration: 1 hour 45 minutes
  • Negative Marking: None for wrong answers
  • 5th Bubble Rule: If you skip a question, you must fill the 5th (blank) bubble; leaving all options empty deducts 1 mark.
  • Part A (75%): General Awareness, Reasoning, Quantitative Ability, English & Hindi (matric level)
  • Part B (25%): Haryana GK – history, geography, economy, civics, culture, current affairs

  1. Visit the Haryana one-time registration portal at onetimeregn.haryana.gov.in/hssc.
  2. Complete the One Time Registration (OTR) if you have not already.
  3. Log in and open the Group D CET 2026 (Advt. 05/2026) application form.
  4. Fill in your personal, educational, and category details.
  5. Upload your photograph, signature, and required documents.
  6. Pay the application fee online.
  7. Submit the form and download a copy for future use.
