BEL Sr. DGM Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a B.E./B.Tech degree in any discipline with Pass Class.
Experience & Rank – Very Important
Candidates must have:
- Minimum 20 years of service in the Defence Forces.
- Indian Army: Colonel with 2 years’ seniority in the rank.
- Indian Navy: Captain with 2 years’ seniority in the rank.
- Indian Air Force: Group Captain with 2 years’ seniority in the rank.
Serving officers must submit the required NOC, while retired officers must provide relevant discharge/service documents.
Age Limit
- General: Maximum 52 years
- OBC: Maximum 55 years
- Age reckoned as on 01 September 2026.
BEL Sr. DGM Salary 2026
Selected candidates will receive the pay scale of:
₹90,000 – 3% – ₹2,40,000 + applicable allowances and benefits.
