Roles and Responsibilities

Post Code 01 – Learning & Development

  • Supporting the Annual Training and Capacity Building Plan and conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
  • Designing functional, behavioural and leadership development programmes, and coordinating with external institutes
  • Managing training logistics, the Training Calendar, reports and dashboards
  • Supporting Learning Management Systems/e-learning platforms, including the iGOT Karmayogi Portal
  • Analysing training feedback, effectiveness and L&D ROI

Post Code 02 – PCS Marketing

  • Identifying new business opportunities and clients for pest control services; preparing proposals, tenders and quotations
  • Conducting market surveys and competitor analysis; maintaining client liaison
  • Coordinating with field units/technical teams to achieve marketing and revenue targets
  • Maintaining tender records and supporting timely billing and documentation
  • Supporting digital and offline marketing initiatives for Pest Control Services

Post Code 03 – Marketing & Business Development (Hyderabad)

  • Market research on stakeholders, trends and competitors in warehousing and logistics
  • Engaging with farmers, FPOs, FPCs, banks and trading platforms for post-harvest warehousing, plus bulk procurers, e-commerce operators and 3PL/4PL/5PL operators
  • Engaging with EXIM and Private Container Train Operator stakeholders including shipping lines, freight forwarders, Customs and Indian Railways
  • Developing strategies to promote CWC’s business verticals and expand its customer base

Post Code 04 – Marketing & Business Development (Jaipur)

  • Organising training sessions, workshops and field visits at CWC warehouses for stakeholders
  • Collecting stakeholder feedback and communicating it to CWC management
  • Identifying market expansion areas and recommending business development strategies
  • Setting and tracking sales targets and preparing activity reports
  • Coordinating with the Regional Marketing Head and Regional Manager; staying updated on CWC/GoI policies for e-commerce, logistics and supply chain
