The training programmes include Medical Attendant Training, Hospital Administration Training and OT/Anesthesia Assistant Training. Eligible candidates from Odisha, particularly Sundargarh District, can apply online from 05 September 2026 to 20 September 2026.
Important: This is a one-year skill enhancement training programme and not a regular SAIL job. Completion of the training does not provide any right to future employment in SAIL/RSP.

Experience/Training Important: Candidates applying for OT/Anesthesia Assistant Training must have completed 1 year of Hospital Attendant/Anesthesia Attendant Training from a reputed institute/hospital. Candidates who have already undergone a similar training programme at IGH are not eligible for a second tenure.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be eligible residents of Sundargarh District or other districts of Odisha State. Preference may be given to candidates from RSP direct impact zones.
Educational Qualification
- Medical Attendant Training: Minimum 10th pass.
- Hospital Administration Training: MBA/BBA/PG Diploma in Hospital Management, Hospital Administration, HR, Marketing or Finance as prescribed.
- OT/Anesthesia Assistant Training: 12th pass plus 1-year Hospital Attendant/Anesthesia Attendant Training from a reputed institute/hospital.

Candidates should be 18 to 35 years as on 31 August 2026.
