Manager – Generalist
- Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognised university.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- 5 years banking experience, including 3 years in Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager or equivalent cadre.
Security Officer
- Graduate/Post Graduate.
- Maximum age: 50 years.
- Prescribed experience in Army/Navy/Air Force, Para Military Forces or Police Department.
- Appointment is initially for 3 years on contract, renewable by 2 years based on performance.

Salary/remuneration will be applicable as per the respective Assistant Manager or Manager cadre.
For the Security Officer, the remuneration is ₹50,000 per month, along with applicable conveyance and halting allowances as per Senior Manager cadre.
