Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have a BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) degree in the relevant discipline with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Experience is important: Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience. Experience should be related to the respective engineering position, such as piping/pipeline, structural, oil & gas, offshore, refinery or similar projects.
The maximum age limit is 32 years for general candidates. Age relaxation is applicable to reserved categories as per EIL rules.
EIL Associate Engineer Salary
Selected Associate Engineer Grade I candidates will receive consolidated monthly remuneration of ₹57,600 to ₹64,000, depending on the applicable city category. The remuneration includes HRA and PF.
The appointment is initially for 2 years and may be extended up to a maximum of 3 years, subject to organizational requirements and satisfactory performance.
Selection Process
There is no written examination. Selection will be conducted through:
- Screening of applications and documents.
- Personal/Walk-in Interview.
- Medical fitness verification.
The interview will be conducted at Gurugram, Chennai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Mumbai or Vadodara. The exact date and venue will be communicated to eligible registered candidates by email.
