Eligible Law Graduates with at least 2 years of practising Advocate experience and knowledge of Odia can apply online from 28 August 2026 to 28 September 2026 (5:00 PM) through the official OPSC website.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognised University.
- Candidates must be enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India or a State Bar Council.
- Candidates must be able to speak, read and write Odia and fulfill the prescribed Odia language qualification.
Experience Requirement
Experience is mandatory for this recruitment. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a practising Advocate.
The experience must be supported by a certificate from the concerned District & Sessions Judge in the prescribed format.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 21 Years
- Maximum Age: 42 Years
- Age relaxation is applicable to eligible reserved categories as per Odisha Government rules.
Salary
Selected candidates will receive ₹44,900 per month in Level-10 of the Pay Matrix under ORSP Rules, 2017, along with applicable Dearness Allowance and other government allowances.
Selection Process
The OPSC APP selection process consists of:
- Preliminary Examination – 100 Marks
- Main Written Examination – 600 Marks
- Interview/Personality Test – 50 Marks
The final merit list will be prepared based on the Main Written Examination and Interview marks.
