Experience is Important

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must:
- Be an eligible ex-serviceman of Armed Forces/CAPFs or eligible ex-Constable of disbanded HSISF/HAP Battalions.
- Have minimum 10+2 qualification.
- Have at least 5 years of service in Armed Forces/CAPFs.
- Have ‘A’ medical category at discharge.
- Have an Exemplary/Outstanding character certificate at discharge.
- Not have been dismissed/removed for misconduct, indiscipline or medical unfitness.
- Not have a pending criminal case.
Age: 25 to 50 years.
Salary / Benefits
Selected SPOs will receive:
- ₹20,000 monthly honorarium
- ₹3,000 one-time uniform allowance
- ₹150 per day TA/DA on official tours
- Casual leave as applicable
The engagement is initially for one year.
