Madhya Pradesh Karmchari Chayan Mandal (MP ESB), Bhopal has released the MP ESB TET 2026 for in-service Primary and Secondary teachers. The special Teacher Eligibility Test is being conducted as per the Supreme Court order. Eligible serving teachers who have not qualified TET can apply online from 21 August to 4 September 2026.
Important: This is an eligibility test for currently serving teachers and is not a direct recruitment examination for future government teacher vacancies.

Eligibility Criteria
Primary TET
In-service Primary teachers working in government or non-government schools who have not qualified the prescribed TET can apply.
Secondary TET
In-service Secondary teachers working in government or non-government schools who have not qualified TET can apply.
Candidates must be currently serving in the teaching post for which they are appearing. This TET result will not be valid for future direct recruitment to government teacher posts.
Exam Pattern
The test is conducted online in MCQ format for 150 marks with a duration of 2.5 hours and no negative marking.
Primary TET subjects: Child Development & Pedagogy, Language-1, Language-2, Mathematics and Environmental Studies.
Secondary TET: Part A includes languages, General Knowledge, Reasoning, Numerical Ability and Pedagogy. Part B includes the selected subject such as Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Urdu, Mathematics, Science or Social Science.
